Data Collected
ChefMate collects: IP address, first name, last name, email, restaurant name and address, as well as all data accessible from the application.
Purpose of Collection
Data is used solely for the proper functioning of the application and for internal analyses (statistics, feedback, product improvement).
Legal Basis
The legal basis is the execution of the service contract with the user, as well as legitimate interest for internal analysis and improvement of ChefMate.
Data Sharing
Data is not shared with third parties, except for 1&1 IONOS, our hosting provider. No other third party is involved.
Data Retention
Data is retained for the duration of the contractual relationship, then 2 years after its termination. You can request early deletion at contact@chefmate.group.
Data Security
ChefMate applies robust security measures:
• ChefMate passwords: irreversibly hashed (non-recoverable).
• Supplier credentials: encrypted on the user's device with a personal password they define themselves. Data reaches our servers already encrypted. ChefMate does not possess the decryption key and therefore can never access this information.
Your Rights
You have the right to access, rectify, delete, object to processing and data portability via the application or by contacting contact@chefmate.group. You may also lodge a complaint with the CNIL (French Data Protection Authority) or your local supervisory authority.
International Transfer
Data is hosted in Germany and France. No transfer outside the European Union is performed.
Cookies
ChefMate only uses session cookies for API identification. No third-party tracking cookies are used.
